About the role
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Jira workflows across the organisation
- Drive DevOps and DevSecOps strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with compliance and reporting requirements
- Provide engineering leadership and hands-on technical delivery across tooling and integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless migration and adoption of Jira
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and stakeholders on best practices in workflow management and DevOps
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Jira workflow design, configuration, and project management
- Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise, including source control and CI/CD pipeline management
- Deep understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps principles, with experience in strategy and implementation
- Experienced in leading engineering efforts and mentoring others
