About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and business process assessments.
- Elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements, customer needs, and operational challenges.
- Translate business objectives into epics, features, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive clarity and alignment across business, product, and technology stakeholders.
- Identify solution options, business impacts, risks, and dependencies to support decision-making.
- Partner with Product Managers and delivery teams to create, maintain, and refine product backlogs.
- Lead backlog refinement activities to ensure work is appropriately defined, sized, and prioritized.
- Ensure backlog items are delivery-ready and aligned with product objectives and roadmap commitments.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX, QA and Validation teams throughout delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of Business Analysis experience with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, SDLC, and modern product development practices.
- Demonstrated experience supporting product teams through backlog management, requirements leadership, and delivery planning.
- Proven experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing competing priorities across complex initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience mentoring analysts and driving best practices across teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Experience working within Clinical Research, CRO, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries is desirable
