About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage multimedia incidents end-to-end, including detection, classification, prioritization, documentation, and data consolidation
  • Perform technical analysis and diagnostics of multimedia issues (K1/K2)
  • Develop recommendations and corrective actions to support problem resolution and improve product quality
  • Coordinate and monitor ongoing investigations
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation
  • Participate in regular cross-functional reviews and reporting activities
  • Capture and share lessons learned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering)
  • Experience in multimedia incident analysis and troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of incident management and problem-solving methodologies
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry (Renault/Dacia environment is a plus)
  • Advanced proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) is required.
