About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You manage one or more projects for our clients in the Aerospace sector involving test-bench development (Systems Engineering / Electronics / Mechanical)
You produce profitability analyses and identify risks and opportunities during the pre-sales phase
You co-manage operationally one or more projects alongside the Technical Leaders in the environment
You implement measurement of financial performance (Revenue, Margin and Cash) and production performance (Quality and Schedule)
You identify performance gaps and lead recovery action plans
You manage opportunities and risks throughout the project lifecycle
You produce internal and external reporting documents and lead progress meetings
You manage the workload plan to anticipate changes in resources required for the correct execution of the service(s)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (equivalent to French Bac+5) in Engineering (specialization in Project Management, Electronics, or Embedded Systems)
At least 5 years of proven experience in a project management role within the aerospace sector
Autonomous and rigorous
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
Strong writing skills
Enjoys working as part of a team
Good verbal communication and leadership
Good command of English
Strong abilities in analysis, synthesis and adaptability
Solid foundations in statistical analysis methods
Comfortable using Excel; experience with Power BI and basic development skills are a plus
