About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and organize meetings for the Regional Grid Development Sounding Board, including agenda management, meeting minutes, action tracking, and follow-up
- Prepare professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, customers, distribution system operators, and management
- Support data management activities through Excel and Power BI, including data analysis, linking, filtering, reporting, and dashboard preparation
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of high-level workload planning
- Support Grid Developers with project documentation, including project scoping documents and long-term study budgets
- Monitor action lists, requests from external stakeholders, and improve data quality across various business processes
- Prepare and format external documentation while ensuring consistency and quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in a Project Management Office (PMO), Project Coordination, or Project Support role
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while taking initiative
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Advanced knowledge of: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Power BI is considered a strong advantage
- Experience with reporting, KPI tracking, or project administration is highly desirable
- Mandatory Dutch and French speaker
