About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops and ensure discussions stay focused
Contribute to defining the SAP S/4HANA architecture in the following domains: PP, PM, QM, FICO, WMS
Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and recommend the adoption of standard solutions
Structure and document templates according to target processes
Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure overall coherence

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of SAP experience
Strong expertise in S/4HANA
Proficiency in production, maintenance, and quality processes; FICO/WMS experience preferred
Experience with Fit-to-Standard workshops
Excellent understanding of business processes and business architecture
Experience in the watchmaking sector or a similar industrial environment: a significant plus
Fluent in French and English (German appreciated)
