About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support business development activities by identifying and approaching potential customers and business opportunities in the software testing and QA services sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial offers tailored to client needs.
Coordinate with delivery and technical teams to understand and address customer needs effectively.
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and social media activities to promote our services.
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and networking events to expand business opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Track the sales pipeline and maintain updates in the CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting.
Support branding and awareness activities to enhance the company’s reputation in the testing services market.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Account Management, or Business Development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Basic understanding of software development or software testing concepts is a plus.
Experience in IT services or technology companies is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
