About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support business development activities by identifying and approaching potential customers and business opportunities in the software testing and QA services sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial offers tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate with delivery and technical teams to understand and address customer needs effectively.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and social media activities to promote our services.
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, and networking events to expand business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Track the sales pipeline and maintain updates in the CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Support branding and awareness activities to enhance the company’s reputation in the testing services market.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Account Management, or Business Development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic understanding of software development or software testing concepts is a plus.
  • Experience in IT services or technology companies is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
