About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure client satisfaction by managing operational follow-up, resolving technical issues and leading regular status meetings
Collaborate closely with multiple sales representatives to drive projects, ensuring delivery quality and financial profitability
Contribute to the development and evolution of the activities under your responsibility
Complete monthly project closures in coordination with internal stakeholders
Provide occasional technical expertise to support operational teams
Participate in business development within your scope, particularly for renewals or by responding to tenders from existing or prospective clients
Provide operational supervision of staff working on your projects (technical management, work organization, onboarding of new hires, management of absences and leave)
Structure and organize work through daily coordination, onboarding of new team members, management of absences and leave, and coordination with Team Leaders and focal points
Secure resources by participating in talent development and retention through annual performance reviews and objective setting
Contribute to recruitment activities to reinforce staffing
Implement training initiatives and skills development.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree (Bac+5) in mechanical engineering, quality assurance or production
At least 8 years of experience, ideally gained within the local industrial sector
Strong understanding of business management and margin control
Recognized manager with leadership, the ability to unite teams and a strong customer service orientation
Effective communication in English, both written and spoken
Rigour, autonomy, organization, dynamism and adaptability characterize your working style
Your technical expertise, combined with managerial skills, make you a key contributor to project success and client satisfaction.
