Key responsibilities & impact

Manage spare parts order processing
Track and monitor orders
Prepare and provide the documentation package required for delivery
Understand and ensure compliance with export-specific requirements for military equipment
Initiate shipments
Resolve qualitative and quantitative disputes with supply chain stakeholders
Monitor disputes and deadline-related requests
Manage inventory and modification requests

What you’ll need

Education: secondary school diploma to a two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac to Bac+2)
Knowledge of international trade practices (Incoterms, international payment methods, etc.)
At least 2 years' experience
Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
Discretion and respect for confidentiality
Operational working proficiency in English and Spanish
Experience with an ERP system
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus
