Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, analyse and document business requirements for Workday HCM processes and functionality.
Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules depending on business need.
Lead or support workshops and process reviews with stakeholders.
Support data migration, testing, defect resolution and deployment activities.
Keep up to date with Workday releases and recommend opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in Workday HCM configuration, implementation or support.
Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
Experience supporting multiple phases of a Workday project.
Relevant Workday certification is desirable.
Experience working in a consulting, HRIS or enterprise systems environment is preferred.
Strong commitment to customer service, quality delivery and continuous learning.
