About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinating suppliers for software and hardware development, implementation, and evolution of electronic control units (ECUs)
Managing product development in collaboration with suppliers and client specialists, ensuring alignment with project milestones and budget
Building and maintaining the product development schedule, ensuring convergence of product maturity for each vehicle milestone
Ensuring mechatronic compliance of components (software, electronics, mechanics)
Preparing and tracking project plans, verifying milestone implementation
Managing and updating software specification files, configuration files, calibration data, and parts plans
Applying and verifying validation plans
Facilitating technical convergence through cross-functional collaboration (EMC, Safety, Hardware Design, Components)
Leading weekly advancement reporting meetings with the project team
Creating and archiving technical documentation in accordance with client standards and procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical university degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
French language skills are a plus
Strong organizational and communication abilities
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Flexibility, reliability, and attention to technical detail
Team player with a customer-focused mindset and goal-oriented attitude
Ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments
Passion for automotive technologies and electrical/electronic systems.
