About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve the company’s growth objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to guide commercial strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and approach prospective clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to generate new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and project management, to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10 years of experience in business development, service sales, or a related role.
  • Fully bilingual in French and English.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective business development plans.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
