About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform CAD conceptualization and 3D design development for Instrument Panel systems.
- Conduct styling feasibility studies and translate styling surfaces into engineering feasible designs.
- Develop Instrument Panel architecture considering packaging, assembly, manufacturing, and vehicle integration requirements.
- Support concept development through production design release activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in Instrument Panel design and development within automotive programs.
- Strong CATIA V5 / CATIA V6 proficiency.
- Automotive Instrument Panel design experience.
- Knowledge of plastic component design fundamentals.
- Cross-functional engineering collaboration experience.
