SAP Test Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and drive Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Approach, and Test Execution Plan
- Handle end-to-end test management activities across all test phases: SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Smoke/Sanity Testing, E2E Testing
- Conduct and lead defect triage meetings with cross-functional teams
- Present testing dashboards, status reports, risks, and mitigation plans to clients and leadership
- Manage complete testing lifecycle and ensure timely delivery
- Drive daily/weekly execution status meetings and governance calls
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience
- At least 5–6 years as a Test Manager
- Strong experience in SAP testing projects/programs
- Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and Focused Build
- Strong experience in test planning, effort estimation, resource allocation, and execution tracking
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery models
- ISTQB or relevant testing certification is an added advantage
