About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Service-oriented support and advice for employees and managers on all HR-related matters from onboarding to offboarding
- Handling individual inquiries in close coordination with the international HR team, including maintenance of master data across various systems
- Support for preparatory payroll processing
- Management of absences (vacation, sickness, special leave, etc.)
- Preparation of analyses and reports, including working time and absence reports
- Confidential cooperation with the works council
- Participation in the development and implementation of new processes
- Independent management of the company’s occupational reintegration process (BEM)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree or vocational training (e.g., in Human Resources) with several years of relevant HR experience
- Very good knowledge of employment/labor law; payroll and social security law desirable
- Accurate and structured way of working
- Ability to prioritise key issues and openness to change processes
- Experience working with the works council desirable
- Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP HR or Oracle desirable
- Fluent German and very good English, both written and spoken
