Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist, French/English

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage 15–20 open requisitions at a time (primarily blue-collar/skilled trades)
- Conduct high-volume outbound calling to source and qualify candidates
- Screen candidates in both English and French
- Quickly assess candidate fit and move qualified candidates to submission
- Partner with hiring managers to prioritize urgent needs
- Maintain accurate tracking in ATS
- Consistently meet weekly activity and hiring targets
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of agency recruiting experience (REQUIRED)
- Proven success in high-volume or blue-collar recruiting
- Comfortable making 30+ calls per day
- Fluent in French and English (spoken required)
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage competing priorities
- Resilient, persistent, and results-driven
