About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the change manager by tracking the status of the client project from a change management perspective.
- Update content and change-related documents
- Collaborate with the team
- Support the change manager
- Coordinate with key stakeholders on a supply chain project in the retail environment
- Create communication content and digital learning materials
- Assist with training content development, delivery, and setup of training environments
- Engage proactively with project teams and stakeholders
- Apply methodologies and provide expertise on tools and processes
- Develop change project plans using tools like MS Project
- Help develop training materials and business readiness plans
- Prepare status updates and agendas for meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the supply chain in a retail environment
- Desirable: Additional certification in Change Management (eg: APMG, Prosci/ADKAR)
- Related Post-grad qualification
- Experience in at least one of the following areas; project management, change management, communications, or training design and delivery.
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Teamwork and emotional intelligence
- Good self-management
- Innovative approach
- Experience with training materials
- Experience using Articulate 360 and/or online video content creation, digital learning tools is ideal
- Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
