About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Business Partnering for OBU GSH (central role)
- Direct finance contact for OBU Leaders of GSH (~450–500 employees)
- Monthly closing of OOEX (Cost Base & Recoveries): variance analysis, bridges vs. Budget / Rolling Forecast
- Building the Rolling Forecast with operations teams
- Alerting on deviations, proposing corrective actions, supporting decision-making
- Producing and distributing monthly dashboards, monitoring KPIs and %IR
- Performing ad hoc analyses
- Managing France-based resources (Timesheets, APLD, FTE Own)
- Responsible for the monthly time-tracking cycle for the France scope
- Coordinating the collection and consolidation of Bestshore (BSC) resource data and external subcontracting (SUBCO)
- Preparing data uploads into the Group consolidation tool (HFM)
- Consolidating FTE headcount and preparing data uploads into the Group consolidation tool (HFM)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management Control, or Business School
- 3–5 years in operational management control, ideally in a multi-entity / multi-country environment
- Experience in a services company (ESN/IT services, engineering, consulting) highly valued
- Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, complex formulas) – essential
- Knowledge of monthly closing and consolidation processes (Unit4 experience is a plus)
- Understanding of FTE mechanics, bench/interim rates, and resource valuation
- Strong business partnering skills: ability to raise alerts and listen, proactive and able to make recommendations, advisory mindset
- Accuracy and reliability in delivering data under tight deadlines
- Ability to coordinate across multiple sites and multicultural teams
- Autonomy when handling a large volume of recurring deliverables
- Fluent French, professional working proficiency in English
