About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are responsible for the full design of complex electronic boards (digital and analog) for constrained environments (Defense/Aerospace).
You work across the entire V-model lifecycle.
Define the hardware architecture, select strategic components, and capture electronic schematics.
Lead or carry out high-density multilayer PCB routing (HDI).
Perform signal and power integrity (SI/PI) simulations to ensure EMC compliance from the design stage.
Power up prototypes, perform hardware debugging and functional validation in the laboratory using measurement instruments.
Prepare manufacturing documentation (Gerber files, BOM), oversee subcontractors, and prepare supporting documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Electronics / Embedded Systems
At least 5 years' experience in electronic board design.
ECAD tools: Expert proficiency in a major suite such as Altium Designer, Cadence (OrCAD/Allegro) or Mentor (Xpedition).
Knowledge of aeronautical/military standards (DO-160, MIL-STD) is an asset.
