About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own insurance domain inputs for RFIs, RFPs, and proposals
- Act as domain advisor to architects and delivery teams
- Define and maintain insurance capability maps and maturity models
- Provide insurance market analysis, trends, and competitor insights
- Maintain strong understanding of insurers, reinsurers, brokers, TPAs, regulators, and partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12–18+ years in insurance domain roles (insurer, SI, consulting, product)
- Proven experience in pre-sales, solutioning, or transformation programs
- MBA or insurance certifications (ACII, FLMI, LOMA) preferred
