About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Autonomously elicit business requirements with diverse group of stakeholders
Drive business stakeholders through strategic thinking
Devise and recommend solution options for system design and enhancements
Document complex business logic, rules and requirements
Analyze current state of application and create wireframes
Work closely with Product Owner to create and maintain roadmaps
Subject Matter expert who work closely with the design team
Identifies risks and issues
Lead root cause analysis, change control, scope management
Work with different departments including compliance
Lead agile transformation
Communicate effectively with all levels of organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Business Analysis
Life Insurance domain knowledge
Agile methodologies
Working experience of 8 to 10 years with direct client interaction
Willingness to work in US shift
Software development methods like Kanban, Waterfall, Agile etc.
Business process modeling including swimlanes (BPMN2.0)
Use case documentation, process documentation methods and formats
