HR Operations Specialist, French Speaker

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage job and employment application requests, ensuring smooth coordination with hiring teams.
- Oversee pre-employment declarations, occupational health check-ups, and follow-up on missing documents.
- Maintain accurate records for exits, secondments, and special leave types.
- Track and follow up on documentation for foreign nationals.
- Handle billing for work-study students and ensure timely reminders and documentation across HR processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar administrative HR role.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
