About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage job and employment application requests, ensuring smooth coordination with hiring teams.
  • Oversee pre-employment declarations, occupational health check-ups, and follow-up on missing documents.
  • Maintain accurate records for exits, secondments, and special leave types.
  • Track and follow up on documentation for foreign nationals.
  • Handle billing for work-study students and ensure timely reminders and documentation across HR processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar administrative HR role.
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
