About the role

  • Ensure technical coordination and act as the primary interface with the client
  • Lead the technical management of Front and Back Office activities
  • Provide technical support to teams in France and internationally
  • Contribute to the production of deliverables by creating and updating WD, EPD and performing configuration analyses on drawings and information systems
  • Verify and ensure the quality of deliverables (OTD / OQD) and capture lessons learned
  • Monitor activities and provide reporting

Requirements

  • University or engineering degree (Bac+2 with experience, Bac+3/Bachelor's, or Bac+5/Master's)
  • Minimum 5 years' proven experience in aerospace electrical schematics
  • Prior experience in technical leadership or as a subject-matter reference
  • Proficiency with schematic design tools: See Electrical, CIRCE-C CAD, Capital
  • Proficiency with database management tools: CIRCE-C, ESDCR
  • Fluent English
  • Natural leadership, strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
