About the role
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Portuguese market, aligned with Expleo’s global objectives.
- Identify and acquire new clients, managing the full sales cycle for IT Outsourcing, Technology Consulting, and Digital Transformation Services.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring long‑term relationships and identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Delivery and Recruitment teams to build competitive proposals and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to anticipate new opportunities.
- Produce accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and KPI tracking.
- Represent Expleo at industry events, strategic meetings, and branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT services sales, preferably in Outsourcing, Staff Augmentation, or Technology Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of the Portuguese IT outsourcing services market, with a proven track record of achieving commercial targets.
- Demonstrated experience in prospecting, winning new accounts, and managing existing portfolios.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills across multiple industry sectors.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
- Strategic mindset, autonomous, results‑driven, resilient, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
