About the role

  • Analyze complex client requirements and actively contribute to responses to requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Define and own the overall software architecture of automated test benches
  • Establish development standards and technology choices
  • Design modular, scalable, and long-term maintainable architectures
  • Work on the development of critical software components and their integration on the test bench
  • Lead software validation, system integration, and on-site commissioning phases
  • Provide technical leadership to teams (architecture reviews, mentoring, skills development)
  • Contribute to the structuring and evolution of internal software frameworks

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (engineering school or university) in computer science, electronics, or embedded systems
  • Proven experience in software architecture design
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented concepts
  • Significant experience developing test bench software
  • Strong technical background in electronics, instrumentation, or embedded systems
  • Proficiency with National Instruments environments (LabVIEW, TestStand, VeriStand, PXI, CompactRIO)
  • Operational working proficiency in English is required
  • Analytical mindset, thoroughness, natural technical leadership, and good interpersonal skills
