About the role

  • Electrical Design (Schematic, Wring diagrams, Panel electric, etc.) using AUTOCAD, SEE ELECTRIC, EPLAN Electric
  • Concept Designs - Layout (Elec Equipment’s) Proposal, Capacity/Consumption calculation (400V,24V), Wiring/Communication layouts, Design material Estimations knowledge.
  • PLC & HMI Programming - SIEMENS (Step7, TIA Portal, WINCC)
  • Communication Protocol - Profibus, ProfiNet, DeviceNet, EtherNet, Modbus, OPC server
  • Robot Interfacing - FANUC, ABB, KUKA
  • Latest Automation Technologies
  • Installation/commissioning the equipment.

Requirements

  • B.E . ELECTRONICS / ELECTRICAL
  • Auto CAD, Robots interfacing- Fanuc must, SIEMENS (Step7, TIA Portal, WINCC), Electrical Drives (SIEMENS VFD).
  • Should be Auotmobile OEM / OEM Suppliers
  • Robots installation, testing & Commissioning
  • Supplier handling and project management.
  • Communication Protocol - Profibus, ProfiNet, DeviceNet, EtherNet, Modbus, OPC server.
