Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the harness development activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Performance) objectives.
Coordinate technical topics with suppliers, ensuring compliance with ONEVAL, RGPQP, clients standards, and project milestones.
Drive project progress by managing planning deliverables according to Renault’s internal scheduling and governance processes.
Collaborate closely with plant teams to ensure manufacturing feasibility, industrial readiness, and early anticipation of production risks.
Monitor supplier performance, ensuring timely issue resolution and aligning deliverables with project targets.
Promote effective communication and cross-functional collaboration within diverse project teams, ensuring a constructive and inclusive working environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience with more than 2 years experience in exhaust/wheels engineering or project management within the automotive sector.
Strong knowledge of varials methodologies and tools (QCDP, ONEVAL, RGPQP, planning standards).
Experience in supplier management, including technical reviews, deliverable follow-up, and risk mitigation.
Good understanding of plant processes, manufacturing constraints, and industrial feasibility principles.
Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
Strong communication and diversity management capabilities, promoting collaboration across multicultural teams.
