About the role

  • Lead and deliver change across multiple supply chain workstreams or medium-sized programme.
  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments, stakeholder mapping, communications planning, and training needs analysis.
  • Ensure alignment with programme milestones, deployment waves, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Support go-live, hypercare, and BAU transition for supply chain systems.
  • Develop and coordinate global training activities for supply chain process and system changes.
  • Deliver engaging communications covering deployment updates and business impacts.
  • Engage with senior supply chain leaders and market teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, process walkthroughs, and readiness assessments.
  • Resolve conflicts between central teams and local markets.
  • Maintain realistic plans for change, training, and communications.
  • Manage scope changes and communicate impacts clearly.
  • Use project management tools to track progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Change Management certification.
  • Additional course or certification in Business Consulting.
  • Financial experience.
  • Retail experience.
  • HRIS experience.
  • Certified functional consultant in any one specific domain.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and client-facing skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and collaborative approach.
  • People management skills.
  • Good self-management.
  • Innovative thinker with problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
  • 5+ years in Change Management or Transformation roles.
  • Experience delivering change across multiple projects or a medium-sized programme, ideally in a global/multi-country transformation within a large organisation (20K+ employees).
  • Hands-on experience performing Change Impact Assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications, and training planning.
  • Strong understanding of change management frameworks and structured delivery environments.
  • Experience supporting go-live preparation, hypercare, and BAU transition.
