Systems Engineer

• Support customer with design, development, testing and certification of aircraft control systems used to stabilise, guide and automate aircraft movement
• Assist to develop software and algorithms to support flight control systems development
• Define auto-throttle and wave-off logic
• Define Flight Control System (FCS) software integration and sensors for dynamic glidepath tracking
• Create control laws and algorithms
• Use MBSE tools such as Enterprise Architect, MATLAB and Simulink
• Perform requirements management, verification and validation
• Author test scripts and run/manage tests
• Debug systems, write reports and prepare certification documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally and promote attention to detail, communication and teamwork
