About the role

  • You take full responsibility for revenue, margin and profitability within the VW ecosystem
  • You develop and lead a clear growth strategy for VW brands and Volkswagen Financial Services
  • You position Expleo as a strategic partner for software quality, Digital Assurance, Digital Engineering and Digital Advisory, and introduce our AI portfolio to the client
  • You manage the entire sales cycle – from opportunity to signed contract
  • You identify new business units (hunting) within the VW Group and, together with the existing engagement team, further develop existing relationships within the VW Group (farming). You build stable relationships with C-level, procurement, Group IT, VW-FS IT and relevant business units
  • You use market and competitive analyses to develop strong account plans
  • You work closely with Delivery and Engagement teams to shape solutions that are both strategically and operationally convincing
  • You represent Expleo across the VW environment and act as a credible, consultative voice

Requirements

  • Several years of senior sales experience with a focus on Automotive/OEM
  • Proven track record in selling IT or Digital Engineering services
  • Experience with complex commercial models (fixed-price, Managed Services)
  • Good knowledge of current automotive trends (SDV, e-mobility, connected services)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, persuasive at C-level
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and analytical skills (Excel, Power BI)
  • Willingness to travel (primarily to VW Group locations)
  • Excellent German and good English
