About the role

  • Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases and regression suites.
  • Ensure CI/CD integration and monitor automation pipelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and global/offshore teams.
  • Mentor automation engineers and support code reviews.
  • Drive quality improvements, root-cause analysis, and automation strategy.
  • Evaluate and prioritize automation needs and the impact of changes.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in test automation (Playwright or Selenium).
  • Solid OOP knowledge (preferably C#).
  • Experience with APIs, Git, and ALM tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Experience in international environments.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent English.
