About the role
- Define and maintain test automation frameworks
- Lead the implementation of X-Ray (Jira) as the test management tool
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure quality, scalability, and best automation practices
- Act as a technical reference for the team and mentor mid-level engineers
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Test Automation
- Strong hands-on experience with X-Ray (Jira) in enterprise environments
- Experience in medium/large-scale projects (ideally regulated or global environments)
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium)
- Proficiency in one programming language (Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- Solid knowledge of Git
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
