About the role

  • Provide 3rd-level support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Create, configure, and validate email templates and journeys
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment

Requirements

  • Professional experience (3-4 years) in similar roles, with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (transactional emails);
  • Experience in creating, configuring, and validating templates, as well as supporting transactional journeys;
  • Ability to provide 3rd-level support and resolve incidents in production;
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis and experience in an Agile/Scrum environment (requirements refinement and stakeholder engagement);
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
