About the role
- Manage all accounting operations including P2P, O2C, and RTR
- Monitor month-end accounting close and produce/review accounting and financial reports
- Support payroll processing and related accounting tasks
- Lead and manage the finance team to meet turnaround times
- Support Regional Finance Controller/Finance Managers with timely and accurate financial information
- Work cross-functionally to provide financial insights and reporting
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies and internal control procedures globally for O2C and P2P
- Define and review accounting processes and suggest improvements
Requirements
- CA / MBA (Finance)
- 8 to 10 years of experience (preferably in Finance Shared Services setup with IT/ITES MNCs)
- Knowledge of P2P, O2C, RTR processes
- Experience with month-end accounting close and financial reporting
- Experience supporting payroll processing and accounting
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach
- International accounting experience (US preferable but not mandatory)
- Expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP and Hyperion Reporting (HFM) preferred
- Ability to lead and manage a finance team
- Familiarity with Corporate Policy and Internal Control procedures
- Willingness to work European shift (12 PM to 9 PM IST)
