Business Analyst

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand current and future processes
• Map and model business processes (As-Is and To-Be)
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented
• Support testing activities by reviewing test cases, validating functionality, and assisting in UAT
• Contribute to project planning, scoping, and prioritisation efforts
• Track and manage change requests and support impact analysis
• Produce clear and concise documentation including BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and process flows
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT throughout the project lifecycle
