About the role

  • Manage the training environment and data requirements to support training delivery
  • Set-up, maintenance and enhancement of the global training environment
  • Create a change data strategy and plan, including an environment refresh plan
  • Manage all data requirements for the effective running of the training environment
  • Engage with market Change Managers to identify market training environment requirements
  • Support market Change Managers in training delivery
  • Liaise with the Change Manager to support market training delivery
  • Review, create, update and automate CMO reporting framework and templates

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Desirable: Additional certification in Change Management (eg : APMG, Prosci /ADKAR).
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas: project management, change management, communications, or training design and delivery.
