About the role
- Support the day-to-day operations of an agile service team
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and assist with daily coordination
- Identify, prioritize and track impediments
- Maintain and improve Kanban boards and task pools
- Organize peer-coaching formats and knowledge-sharing activities
- Contribute to incident and complaint management
- Plan and coordinate on-site deployments and special assignments
- Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders and adjacent teams
Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master, team lead or organizer, ideally in a support or service environment
- Practical experience in impediment management and operational service delivery
- Experience organizing and handling incidents and complaints
- Structured, independent working style and strong communication skills
- Very good German (C1), good English
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence and collaboration tools
