About the role

  • Define and evolve methods, rules and standards related to operational time estimation.
  • Analyze the impact of operational times on costs, scheduling and overall performance.
  • Implement monitoring and management indicators.
  • Provide support to industrial and cross-functional projects as a subject-matter expert.
  • Coach, train and raise teams’ awareness of time-related practices and culture.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree (Industrial Engineering, Production, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent).
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in an industrial environment, with team or project coordination responsibilities.
  • Strong command of operational time estimation methods and process analysis.
  • Good knowledge of ERP/MES systems and data analysis tools.
  • Leadership, rigor, analytical mindset and strong pedagogical skills.
