About the role
- Oversee quality assurance across multiple banking modules
- Define and own the QA strategy and processes
- Lead a team of QA engineers/testers
- Ensure test coverage and manage test environments
- Define and monitor key QA metrics
Requirements
- 8-12 years of QA experience
- Strong exposure to core banking managed services environment
- Experience with Trade Finance, ATM Switch, Middleware Applications, Murex, Reconciliation, and Payments
- Demonstrated proficiency in test methodologies
- Experience defining and implementing automation frameworks
