About the role

  • Develop platform enhancements for Ulink Exchange
  • Design and develop new features around the existing integration
  • Evolve internal connectors and services: orders, executions, positions, market data
  • Implement new features or API changes proposed by Ulink Exchange
  • Improve performance and reliability of current modules
  • Improve internal workflows
  • Develop or adapt workflows related to: order execution, reporting and reconciliation, and flows to risk, finance, and back-office systems
  • Automate certain tasks to optimize operations
  • Write unit and integration tests
  • Ensure adherence to security standards and banking compliance
  • Clearly document implemented changes
  • Provide technical support for developments
  • Participate in incident diagnosis

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science or Data Science
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a banking environment
  • Financial trading experience on Ulink Exchange or similar platforms
  • Strong background in back-end languages: Java, Python, C# and Node.js
  • Good knowledge of REST APIs and WebSocket
  • Good understanding of application integrations and real-time data flows
  • Ideally experience with messaging systems: Kafka, MQ, RabbitMQ
  • Strong practice of automated testing
  • Fluent in French
