About the role

  • Direct and manage the full payroll project-life cycle
  • Set standards for assignments and applications
  • Responsible for the delivery of defined work packages to the client
  • Provide effective management to teams and guidance to key business users
  • Develop strategies and direct teams with diverse scope with payroll programmes and projects
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale and resource budgets
  • Use project planning tools for identifying and planning future resource needs
  • Specify test environment for whole life-cycle testing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
  • ISTQB Adv. TM
  • Additional course or certification in Quality Assurance
  • Experience delivering payroll project is essential to this role
  • Experience of Testing Payroll implementations (Oracle, Irish Payroll, Large payrolls)
  • Experience of Testing Payroll and HR integration (Oracle)
  • Experience of Testing Payroll and timeclock integration
