About the role
- Guide and execute the integration of new software and hardware into test center's existing framework of test rigs
- Proactively identify information gaps, analyze requirements from product development teams
- Ensure smooth, issue-free integration processes
- Take ownership of planning, coordinating, and following up on integration activities
- Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, align stakeholders, track progress
- Ensure that deliverables meet project milestones and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, advising and developing software, focusing on test bench integration, communication and automation (CAN-network and Python)
- Support continuous project improvement by contributing to risk assessments, reporting status updates, and maintaining clear communication channels
- Develop documentation to standardize and ensure consistent operation across all test rigs by setting and using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance testing quality and efficiency
Requirements
- Engineering degree that shows interest for mechatronic systems with focus on software
- Excellent ability to understand complex systems in a test environment
- Good knowledge of automotive testing, sensors, data acquisition, test equipment, electro mechanics
- Knowledge in Matlab Simulink
- Knowledge in LabView/Veristand (National Instruments)
