About the role
- Manage and coordinate multiple phases of technical areas within a project and/or multiple small projects
- Map full business processes and implement solutions for improvements
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders
- Run workshops for creating detailed business requirements
- Assist and supervise team contribution and communication
- Apply standards and methodologies
- Responsible for needs analysis and task planning
- Identify and assess risks to project success
- Agree on project approach with stakeholders
- Track activities against project schedule
- Handle training and build competency within the practice
Requirements
- Relevant third level qualification or equivalent work experience
- Desirable Management qualification or relevant years of experience
- Additional course or certification in Business Analysis
- Excellent client-facing skills
- People management skills
- Good self-management
- Innovative approach
- Knowledge in business analysis methodologies
- Good applications/technology knowledge
- Proven ability in assuring project meets quality standards
- Experience in applying problem-solving methodologies and tools
- Experience in providing technical guidance
- Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience of using recommended project control solutions
