About the role
- Expleo is a partner for integrated engineering, quality services and management consulting for digital transformation.
- Support a complex, multi-partner programme as Commercial Contract Manager, managing contract changes and assessing commercial impacts.
- Track and manage contract amendments from milestone changes and delivery delays; draft and review change requests and contract variations.
- Liaise directly with the client and represent Expleo in commercial discussions; collaborate with internal delivery, testing, and planning teams.
- Monitor programme milestones, maintain a commercial risk register, and support mitigation planning.
- Ensure commercial documentation reflects testing dependencies and outcomes; produce regular commercial reports and maintain audit trails.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Law, Project Management, or a related field.
- Commercial or contract management certification (e.g., CIPS, IACCM).
- Experience in regulated or high-compliance sectors (e.g., finance, telecoms, transport).
- Proven experience in a commercial analyst or contract management role within complex programmes.
- Experience working with multi-partner delivery environments and managing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of project planning, milestone tracking, and dependency management.
- Familiarity with testing and quality assurance processes in a delivery environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple change requests simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate assertively and clearly.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and contract management systems.
- Willingness to be on-site with clients in the Southeast of England 1 to 2 days per week as required.
