About the role
- Act as the technical lead for the ceramic injection process for New Product and Investment projects
- Deploy new equipment such as injection presses, furnaces, special machines, etc.
- Implement series-production improvement projects on existing processes or products related to the manufacture of ceramic components
- Industrialize and scale up new operations
- Establish and conduct technological trials
- Support operations in case of deviations in existing processes
- Monitor technological developments and maintain technological watch for the ceramic injection process
Requirements
- Degree in engineering (HES, EPF or equivalent) in materials, ceramics, injection molding or thermal treatment
- Minimum 10 years of experience in ceramic injection and the thermal treatment of ceramic components
- Proficiency with quality problem-solving tools such as 8D and Pareto
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Proactive with strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player, attentive listener, and able to work autonomously
