About the role
- Implement the continuous improvement process across all departments of the industrial site
- Define roles and responsibilities of stakeholders for the entire project
- Monitor and coordinate the stages of the process
- Establish a training system to develop stakeholder expertise (operations, industrialization, support functions)
- Coach teams and managers to support change
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of audits
- Implement relevant performance indicators
- Formalize the approach and ensure communication and information sharing with Management
Requirements
- Degree from EPF or HES or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project management and deployment of continuous improvement initiatives
- At least 6 years of expertise in operational excellence
- Proven experience in complex industrial environments with process implementation
- Proficient in MS Office and Monday.com
- Able to build consensus and field-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills, clear and efficient communication with all types of stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills, versatility and analytical ability
