About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Extract and analyze procedural activity reports
Search case files in court systems
Interpret orders, rulings, notices, and other procedural acts

Record and update information in the internal system
Correctly route requests to the responsible departments
Open and monitor operational tasks and deadlines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree in progress or completed
Experience with case monitoring, legal controllership, or related activities
Familiarity with court case inquiry systems
Strong ability to interpret case movements and procedural acts
Knowledge of procedural deadlines and routines
Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile
Ability to work quickly in a high-volume environment
Responsibility, commitment, and focus on quality of deliverables
Good communication skills and ease working in a team
