About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Extract and analyze procedural activity reports
- Search case files in court systems
- Interpret orders, rulings, notices, and other procedural acts
- Identify case activities that require company action
- Record and update information in the internal system
- Correctly route requests to the responsible departments
- Open and monitor operational tasks and deadlines
- Ensure the quality of recorded information
- Organize daily routines to ensure deadlines are met
- Support activities related to case monitoring
- Understand the context of each activity, identify necessary actions, and forward requests correctly and on time
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree in progress or completed
- Experience with case monitoring, legal controllership, or related activities
- Familiarity with court case inquiry systems
- Strong ability to interpret case movements and procedural acts
- Knowledge of procedural deadlines and routines
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile
- Ability to work quickly in a high-volume environment
- Responsibility, commitment, and focus on quality of deliverables
- Good communication skills and ease working in a team
