About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Preparation of supporting materials for legal defense
Preparation of guidance for Technical Assistants
Qualification of questions, opinions, and statements

Comprehensive analysis of documentation related to civil and/or insurance claims, as well as other relevant documents provided by clients
Analysis of judgment outcomes
Entering results of expert reports and court judgments into the internal system

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team
Results-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency
Experience with insurance regulation (preferred)
Customer service experience (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Nursing, Business Administration, Law, or related fields (preferred)
