About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the department's operational inbox, handling receipt, triage, routing and follow-up of requests;
- Communicate with clients via email and through insurers' systems;
- Notify clients about scheduled in-person assessments and manage other operational arrangements forwarded by the Relationship team;
- Update information and attach reports in clients' systems;
- Send reports for electronic signature via ZapSign and monitor completion;
- Create records and update case files in the internal system;
- Provide support for registration/data-entry activities during team vacations or absences.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in operational roles in high-volume environments such as law firms (paralegal, controllership, or administrative roles), insurance companies, or service providers;
- Comfortable using systems and digital platforms;
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress; (preferred)
- Experience with administrative, operational, or legal routines; (preferred)
- Experience with management systems and electronic signature platforms; (preferred)
- Growth mindset, with an interest in learning, developing, and adapting to new processes. (preferred)
