About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Initiate and lead strategic discussions recommending hedging strategies, instruments, and operational execution
  • Manage foreign currency risk across revenue, balance sheet, and net investment hedging programs
  • Lead automation initiatives to identify currency exposures and develop hedging strategies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases in Foreign Currency and Hedging process execution
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders across Forecasting and Planning, Tax, Accounting, Internal Audit, and other teams
  • Maintain timely communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze hedging performance and investigate gaps, anomalies, and discrepancies
  • Identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness and efficiency
  • Partner with Cash Management to support global liquidity needs
  • Lead ad hoc Treasury projects, including capital markets and investments initiatives
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Treasury, Accounting, Finance, or Banking
  • Strong understanding of foreign currency risk management, hedging strategies, treasury operations, and accounting concepts
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and treasury management software
  • Strong focus on process automation, continuous improvement, and efficiency and effectiveness
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of integrity, initiative, motivation, and curiosity
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present financial information to senior management and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, or mentoring teams
  • Experience managing complex global FX exposures across multiple currencies, entities, and business models
  • Experience with revenue hedging, balance sheet hedging, net investment hedging, hedge accounting, and/or treasury management systems
  • Experience partnering with banking counterparties and internal Finance, Tax, Accounting, Legal, Forecasting and Planning, and Internal Audit teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements, automation initiatives, and cross-functional projects
